Kia Unveils EV3 and EV4 Concepts at 2023 LA Auto Show
Kia made a big impression at the 2023 LA Auto Show when it showcased their latest electric vehicles. These included the modern and sophisticated EV3 compact SUV, which is both practical and environmentally friendly, as well as the impressive EV4 sedan concept, which features cutting-edge technology and a sleek design. Kias Concepts Revealed

The interior of the EV3 is quite minimalistic, with a clean dashboard that is reminiscent of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 dashboard, which Kia’s sister company produces. The Ioniq 5 is built on the E-GMP platform, which is used by most of Kia/Hyundai’s EV offerings, and the EV3 and EV4 will also be based on this platform.
The interior of the EV3 is designed to create a relaxing atmosphere, with mood lighting throughout the cabin and the use of natural fibers in the seats. The center armrest between the seats functions as a comfortable armrest and doubles as a table that slides forward and backward. The armrest has four different modes that cater to different needs, including Focus, Social, Refreshing, and Storage. It is made of natural materials, including mycelium, a type of fungus that makes it a sustainable and eco-friendly addition to the car’s interior.
Kia has also unveiled the EV4 boasting a sleek and sporty design. The car has a low nose and a long tail, featuring a small spoiler at the rear. Its body is tapered behind the rear wheels, which helps to reduce drag from aerodynamic eddies behind the vehicle, also known as long-tail cars.
The EV4 has a wide and low stance, contributing to its sporty look. Kia claims that this car is a “new type of EV sedan,” which is a bold statement in the world of electric vehicles. The car’s interior is designed to be environmentally friendly, with recycled cotton and “handwoven fabric stripes” on the dashboard and cargo area, giving it a unique 3D look.
