I have left messages, chatted with the website chat bot, and talked to a sales guy named Phillip, who was supposedly texting the “team” to call me! I am owed a refund for a warranty! If I don’t hear back soon, I am contacting the Attorney General’s Office! This is ridiculous! I will never buy another vehicle here again!
