Excellent service from start to finish, as always. Only issue relates to phone system: the only way I could initially get to Service was to select the "Sales" option, who then physically went to the service area to tell them I was on hold. This glitch is outside the control of the Service dept and in no way should this be directed at them. As a matter of fact, Jess gave me her personal cell # to use until this was fixed. Above and beyond the call of duty, and she should be commended for it!

Oil change and tire rotation. Have always has free oil changes for the many vehicles that I have purchased or leased from Vision Kia dating back to going to your Fairport Road location. Although I no longer live in the Rochester area, I will continue to lease or service a vehicle from Vision providing I continue to get the Free oil changes.
Prompt service and good communication. The receptionist was very attentive and informative. I know she reached out to the third-party warranty people to get information about an oil issue.
Vision Kia completed the recall work on my KIA in a very timely manner. They have always done efficient work on my car when needed.

Service after the sale is very important to me. I had a reverse light that had condensation in it and was not working. I talked to the service manager Manny and he got a good will authorizing from the District service manager approved to replace it. After it was authorized Manny left the dealership and I was never notified. I stopped in to check on it and was assisted by the new service manager Mindy who got it scheduled and replaced. It was great working with her.

Leaky air conditioner. I called on Fri and was leaving town today, so needed it fixed quickly. She got me in early Saturday, it was repaired quickly and the recall possible problem was also addressed.
