Kia boys broke into My car the night before I was supposed to pick up my car after having my transmission replaced under warranty. not much was damaged but they did go over and above to repair what was damaged and make sure I still got my car on time and didn't have to pay for further rentals. thank you Kia for all your help.

Sometimes it's challenging finding a service center you can trust...especially to do the right thing when there was an issue with previous service. This is actually the 2nd time i've had an exceptionally satisfactory experience with this service center (specifically Manny) which is why i continue to make the drive even though i have centers that are closer. There was an issue with a previous brake service i had completed and after a very reasonable conversation, he took care of the issue. This is how you build loyal customers!

I had to come back after a headlight error code, with what we thought was just a blown LED bulb. It turned out there was a short that only replicated after I left and drove a ways down the road and hit a bump or something. They took good care of me and got the problem resolved no charge and even washed my car. Vision kia of Fairport /and now East Rochester has been my dealership and service provider for nearly 10 years and I trust them to be honest and not take advantage. Strongly recommend.

We love the service department at Vision Kia. We have been trying to buy another Kia for months but find the sales department to be unreliable and disrespectful. We had an appointment to drive a Kia at 1:00 a few days ago and we got there and the car wasn’t there. The salesman said the car( that has sat on the lot for the last 3 months) was out for a test drive and it looked like the people were going to buy it. He didn’t call us to cancel( yes, he had all our information). I asked to see 2025 ...

John was great. Process was fast and easy. I am very disappointed with aspects of the cleanliness of the vehicle when I took possession. I spent 30 minutes scraping small white dots that covered the windshield on the outside. The inside was covered with grime as well. I had to use a large razor window scraper to get this stuff off. Other parts were direct too. One expects a completely and truly clean vehicle when it’s purchased.
